Cancellation Policy
PRE-PAID, NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY:
For the booking to be confirmed, the customer must pay the full amount for the services contracted within a maximum period of 24 hours after the booking has been made. Otherwise, Hospederías de Extremadura will cancel the booking and notify the customer by telephone and/or email.
The booking can be cancelled for reasons of force majeure, as set out in the section on Modifications and Free Cancellation Terms in the Terms and Conditions document.
When the customer checks out of the hotel, the establishment will charge the customer for any other services provided that have not been previously invoiced and paid for.
If the customer does not show up at the hotel on the day of arrival, or cancels their reservation outside of the free cancellation conditions, the amount paid to confirm the reservation will not be refunded.
