Choosing a hotel with SPA in Extremadura is very easy by staying at the Hospederías Network!

Most of the hotels in the Network have a cosy SPA where you can relax body and mind. All SPAs are equipped with jacuzzi of different capacities.

Furthermore, depending on the hotel, additional equipment may include thermal loungers, sauna or bithermal shower.

IMPORTANT: The SPAs may not be available upon arrival at the hotel. Please check with reception before making your reservation.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SPAS

1. Norms for the use, hygiene and safety of the SPA:

1.1.    For reasons of hygiene and health, it is forbidden for users to enter the spa wearing street shoes. Bathrobes and slippers must be worn in the spa area, as well as bathing clothes and a cap in the jacuzzi/pool.
1.2.    Not recommended for people with heart problems, hypertension, people with respiratory problems or pregnant women
1.3.    Please walk carefully, the floor may be wet.
1.4.    No outside food or drink of any kind is allowed on the premises.
1.5.    For hygienic reasons, persons with plasters, bandages or external wounds are not allowed to enter.
1.6.    It is forbidden to capture images with cameras and mobile phones in all SPA facilities in order to preserve the right to image established in Organic Law 1/1996 of 15 January on the Legal Protection of Minors, partially amending the Civil Code and the Law on Civil Proceedings and in due compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Data Protection.
1.7.    Any activity that disturbs the order is forbidden: running, raising your voice or shouting, jumping and playing in the water. In the event of any person breaking these rules, this person and their companions must leave the SPA facilities immediately, without being entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the use of the facilities.

2. Access for underage persons:

2.1.    For their own safety, children under 16 years of age are not allowed access without exception.
2.2.    Minors between 16 and 18 years old must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
2.3.    Before accessing any underage person, their parents/legal guardians must sign the authorisation document (Spanish) taking responsibility for any problem, exempting the hotel from any liability and agreeing to pay for any damage caused.

 
3. Rates:

Table 1 - SPA utilization:

3.1.    Table 1 shows the price of 1 hour of SPA use per person, VAT included.
3.2.    The use of the SPA includes a pack of cap + flip flops per person.
3.3.    Access to the SPA area also entitles you to use the fitness area in the Hospederías Parque de Monfragüe, Puente de Alconetar and Conventual Sierra de Gata.
3.4.    The SPA is for shared use with other customers. The maximum capacity of each SPA is shown in Table 1.
3.5.    It is possible to book the SPA for exclusive use upon request of availability. To enjoy the SPA for exclusive use, the sum of the amounts of the persons interested must reach the minimum charge shown in Table 1. Otherwise, in order to enjoy the SPA exclusively, clients will pay, in addition to the standard rate per person, the difference in price until the minimum charge for exclusive use is reached.
3.6.    Underage persons between 16 and 18 years of age pay the same rate as adults.
3.7.    If you do not book the SPA at least 72 hours in advance, the hotel cannot guarantee the availability of hours for its use.
3.8.    Towels and bathrobes (one per person) will be provided for the use of the spa, subject to a deposit of 50 euros per towel and bathrobe. Not returning them will result in a charge for this amount on your bill. 

4. Cancelation:

If you need to cancel your SPA reservation, you must do so at least 4 hours in advance. Any subsequent cancellation will be penalised with 30% of the fee. In case of no-show without prior notice at the spa reception, you will be charged 100% of the reservation.
